Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time : The estimate time it takes to process your order, 7-15 business days normally. Note: Due to the Covid-19, the orders without inverntory will be shipped out after March 1st. Please pay attention to the time before placing orders. Thank you for your understanding.

All Derick Design items are made-to-order. There are different processing time for different items. All manufactured items will be strictly inspected and well-packaged before shipping. And we will try our best to send out the package ASAP after manufacturing and checking.

Free Shipping(10-15 Business Days); Expedited Shipping(4-6 Business Days)

Delays may happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc., but please be assured that Derick Design will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
